we have a Lasko RS3000 Fan Forced. i think i spent around 40? for it about 2 years ago at walmart. it works great, i like that when its on high you can touch it (so if the dogs wont get burned) we rarely use the gas heater in the trailer. also at night the gas furnace doesnt go on and off

RE: How Many nights or weekends............
we do about 36 - 40 nights a season. depends on the weather in the spring and fall. we mostly do 2 - 3 nights, but last weekend we were able to do 4 nights. we try to do a 5 day trip in the fall and if the weather permits we go for Thanksgiving.

I know of 2 people that drug bikes down the highway and didnt know it until the guy behind them flashed the lights.
I guess if you reinforced the bumper somehow it would help, I still would be nervous about it.
now you know of three!

i wrapped a bicycle cable around the battery, it fits tight and i tried but cant take it off, if anything it will slow someone down. i store mine at my house so i hope if someone is tampering with it a nieghbor will see.

also ask your homeowners insurance agent about additional coverage. we have it on ours and it costs about 40.00 per year. dw said the dog knocked over a soda on it and it had to go into the repair shop, she told our agent what happened and it was completely covered, it was a 550.00 repair (we sent the bill to our agent), it is also covered for theft.

we use one similar to the smokey joe, going on our 2nd season. right now I'm home making sure it works with a rack of baby back ribs. I like the smaller grill since it is only the 2 of us, I use less charcoal.
